Nowadays there has been development in anesthetic agents, technics in administration anesthesia, anesthetic machines, equipments and monitorings. All these increase safety and make the patients more comfortable, less pain during and after the operations.

The anesthetic machines composed of Nitrous oxide and oxygen. Now we have oxygen safety systems; if the oxygen decrease to the unsafe percentile the Nitrous oxide will stop flowing , this will prevent the hypoxia to occur.

Now we have the scavenging systems (to drain the excess gas to outside the operating room) , because in some studies show that having low dose of anesthetic agents for a long period of time may increase the incidence of abortion, fetal abnormalities or have some effects on leucocytes. So this system will increase safety of the operating room personnel.

We have the anesthesiologists take care of the patients one at a time and have well-trained nurse anesthetist helping them all the time.

The monitoring systems include routine and specialized monitoring. We monitor blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation in every patient, which we can set alarm limit and get remote data when we are busy taking care of the patient. The electro-cardiogram, end tidal carbon dioxide is monitored when indicated. The invasions monitoring (arterial line, subclavian artery cath.) are used when indicated.
